Buyer is deemed to have accepted the items upon issue   of this invoice.

2.2

Orders placed for same day delivery and/ or next day delivery cannot be cancelled after the order has been confirmed. Orders placed for delivery day after next or longer can be cancelled subject to the payment of a 50% Cancellation Charge that such cancellation request is made in writing and fax to us at 2529 2569 at least 1 business day before the original requested delivery date.

2.3

Custom orders, functions, venue decorations cannot be cancelled under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time the order is placed.

Any claims regarding damaged or defective goods must be made either on the date of purchase or on the date of delivery.

3.2

Due to seasonal availability, weather condition and other factors beyond our control, not all products shown on our website, catalogue or shop display are available at all time. Substitution of flowers in similar value and style may be applied. You will be advised at the time of ordering about the substitution of main flowers. Substitution of accompanying flowers may be applied without notification but will be of comparable value and colour.

3.3

As flowers are natural products, colours and scales may vary from that shown in our website, catalogue or shop display. However, we will make every effort to maintain the colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangements.

All deliveries will be made within a 4-hour window. Morning deliveries will be made between 9:00am to 1:00pm and afternoon deliveries between 1:00pm to 5:00pm. A surcharge will be made if you wish to arrange the delivery within a narrower time-period or at a specific time.

4.2

Deliveries to residential addresses will be usually made from 4:00pm to 7:00pm unless otherwise specified. Please provide us with the contact telephone number of the recipients so we can contact him/ her in case of incomplete or incorrect delivery details.

4.3

Delivery to hospitals will be usually made in the early evenings, but if you would like to arrange a delivery other than this time, please let us know.

4.4

Normally, deliveries will be arranged within next window hours to Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. Deliveries to New Territories and hospitals confirmed before noon will be arranged at our every effort, and deliveries to outlying islands will be accepted on a case by case basis. You are welcome to call our shop assistant at 2529 2599 for inquiry.

5.2

Express delivery service will be subjected to a surcharge. See 5.4 for details.

5.3

We reserve the right to impose an additional delivery charge for re-delivery arrangement and if we have to make additional attempts due to incorrect or incomplete delivery particulars.

In case of products provided by Buyers, all risk of damage or loss during storage, process or transit shall be Buyer’s.

6.2

Flowers are very fragile. Proper care of flowers will ensure longer vase life.

We shall not be liable for any additional expenses nor for damage to property or injury to persons on Buyer’s premises arising from delivery or use of the items purchased, however caused.

Orders placed by fax must be confirmed by our staff by phone, email or fax before such orders are accepted. Orders will be confirmed by presentation of order number. Please give us at least 1 day notice if possible for fax or email orders. For same day or urgent orders placed by fax or email, please call us by phone at 2529 2599 to confirm the order during our opening hours.

For personal orders, you shall pre-pay the exact amount with credit cards, EPS or via bank deposit. You can pay for your order with Visa, MasterCard or American Express or Diners. You can also deposit to our bank accounts at least 1 business day prior to the delivery date.

A copy of the Deposit Slip must be faxed to us at 2529 2569 clearly marked with your name and delivery date and order number.

For order under corporate account, you can settle the payment by cheque drawn on a company account.

10.3

Upon successful application, corporate accounts are automatically entitled to a 5% discount for purchase reaches HKD200 and are eligible for settlement on a monthly basis.

We reserve the right to change these conditions of sales at any time and without prior notice. In case of a dispute, we have the right to final decision.

This contract is subject to the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
