1.       What are the shipping options?
Customers can choose to pick-up at our shop, or we provide delivery service with delivery fee. Delivery fee varies according to different products and destination. Please check before confirming the order. To know more about delivery, please check here to know more.


2.       What do I do if I want to change my order?
You are welcome to call our florist at 2529 2599 to see if it is possible to make changes on your order after confirmation.


3.       How can I reschedule/cancel an order I’ve already placed?

Buyer is deemed to have accepted the items upon issue of invoice or confirmation of the order.

Orders placed for same day delivery and/ or next day delivery cannot be cancelled or rescheduled after the order has been confirmed. Orders placed for delivery day after the next or longer can be cancelled and/or rescheduled subject to the payment of a 50% handling charge that such cancellation and/ or reschedule request is made in writing and fax to us at 2529 2569 and/ or email to us at sales@ovogarden.com.hk for at least 1 business day before the original requested delivery date.

Custom orders, functions, venue decorations can not be cancelled under any circumstances unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time the order is placed.


4.     What do I do if I received a defective order?

Any claims regarding damaged or defective goods must be made either on the date of purchase or on the date of delivery. Due to seasonal availability, weather condition and other factors beyond our control, not all products are shown on our website, catalogue or shop display are available at all time. Substitution of flowers in similar value and style may be applied. You will be advised at the time of ordering the substitution of mainflowers. Substitution of accompanying flowers may be applied without notification but will be of comparable value and colour.

As flowers are natural products, colours and scales may vary from that shown in our website, catalogue or shop display. However, we will make every effort to maintain the colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangements. Standard packing will be applied for flower bouquets. Special packing will be subjected to a surcharge.
